Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
